Talent at the iPOP! event spend five busy days immersed in the entertainment industry. They participate in events including Celebrity Bootcamps, in which performers fine-tune their skills with coaches in acting, modeling, singing and dancing. During competition events, performers are judged by the attending agents, managers, casting directors, and music industry professionals.
These VIPs are also selecting which talent to meet with individually on the final day. The event concludes with a final awards night dinner and gala, in which top performers are recognized, and those selected participate in the highly coveted fashion and talent show. The red carpet event brings celebrities and media alike.
